Customer Portal and Intuitive Learning:
Step 1: Sign up for My Intuitive (skip to step 2 if you already have an Intuitive account)

Visit my.intuitive.com

Select Care team sign up, then click Sign up

Fill in some basic information about yourself

Important: Leave the phone number field blank

Enter the 6-digit activation code you received via email
Step 2: Portal Registration

Login to My Intuitive at my.intuitive.com

Select System & Inventory to access the registration process

Take customer portal tour
-
Click + Add hospital
-
Enter your hospital name {{HOSPITAL NAME}}, click "add"

Enter your system serial number {{SYSTEM SERIAL #}}, select "verify" then "done"

You'll receive an additional email once your access is approved

If you have an Intuitive account: Log into your account at learning.intuitive.com using your existing da Vinci or Intuitive login details. If you do not remember your password, you can select Forgot Password to reset.

If you do not have an Intuitive account: Visit learning.intuitive.com, select Create Account, and follow the prompts to create your account

Select your language and country, and your role

Then verify your email account by entering the activation code sent to your email

Course Description
Da Vinci Coordinators Courses are available to all da Vinci robotic coordinators. This is a one-day, virtual training and is an introduction to the role and the resources available to a coordinator through Intuitive.
Participants will hear from a tenured coordinator about daily responsibilities (and best practices on how to complete them), as well as how to start or play a bigger role in their hospitals robotic steering committee meeting. They will receive training on Intuitive resources commonly used by coordinators to include Intuitive Learning, Customer Portal, and Genesis, and common trouble-shooting tips and tricks (and how to avoid them) will also be discussed. Each participant will receive a da Vinci coordinator training certificate at the end of the course.
